U.S. visa services

Most visa applications are refused because they were prepared wrong, not because the applicant is unqualified. We help you present exactly what the consulate needs to see.

Service details

✈️

Tourist & family visit (B1/B2)

The most-refused visa type, and also the one that improves the most when the file clearly shows employment, finances, and reasons to return. We review every weak point before you book the interview.

💍

K-1 fiancé visa

Bring your fiancé(e) to the U.S. to marry within 90 days. The file must convincingly prove a genuine relationship — a long-standing strength of ours.

🎓

F-1 student visa

Handled alongside our study program: school selection, the I-20, financial preparation, and interview practice with a mentor. See the Study in America page for details.

💼

Business & investment

Business visas for company owners, and the EB-5 investment path for immigration goals, carried out with U.S. partner attorneys. Complex cases always have an immigration lawyer alongside.

We support most U.S. visa types. We do not currently offer the EB-3 employment visa; we say so clearly so you don't waste time.
FAQs

Before you decide

Is a U.S. tourist visa hard to get?

The refusal rate is high, but most files fail because ties to Vietnam were not shown convincingly, not because the applicant is unqualified. Preparing the right focus makes a clear difference.

I was refused before — should I reapply?

Yes, if you identify the real reason for the refusal and can fix it. Reapplying with the exact same file almost always fails again. Bring your old file in and we will review it for free.

How is a K-1 visa different from spousal sponsorship (CR-1)?

K-1 lets your fiancé(e) enter the U.S. and marry within 90 days, then adjust status for a green card. CR-1 means you marry first and arrive with a green card. Each suits a different situation; we compare them for your exact case.

How long does a K-1 case take?

The U.S. petition stage is currently around a year, plus roughly 2–4 months of consular processing. Timing varies case by case; we update the numbers during your consultation.

What do I need to prepare for the consular interview?

The original documents on the checklist for your visa type, and answers consistent with the file you submitted. Americanite clients practice the interview beforehand with an experienced coach, including tough follow-up questions.

How valid is a U.S. visa once issued?

B1/B2 visas for Vietnamese are usually valid 1 year, multiple entry. Each entry, the border officer grants a separate stay (often 6 months) recorded on the electronic I-94 — that is your real permitted stay, not the date on the visa.
